Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment information. You can use it indefinitely with no refund implications. Free plan users can generate up to 2 apps per month with browser preview.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Appio offers paid subscription plans (Lite at ₹149/month, Starter at ₹299/month, Pro at ₹599/month) that unlock additional features. When you subscribe:

  • You are billed monthly on the date of subscription
  • Payment is processed through Razorpay (a RBI-licensed payment gateway)
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to your Profile → Subscription → Cancel
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for
  • After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • Your generated apps and data will NOT be deleted — they remain accessible on the Free plan

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Appio. Here is our refund policy:

7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

Eligible for refund:

  • First-time subscription within 7 days of purchase
  • Service was unavailable for extended periods (more than 24 hours continuous downtime)
  • Duplicate or accidental charges

Not eligible for refund:

  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase
  • Subscription renewals (cancel before renewal date to avoid charges)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (we recommend trying the Free plan first)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@appio.in with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and reason for the refund
  3. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method

6. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If prices increase:

  • Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance
  • You may cancel before the new price takes effect
  • Price decreases take effect immediately for all subscribers
