1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Appio ("the Service"), operated by Appio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Appio is an AI-powered application builder that generates mobile app code from text descriptions. The Service includes app generation, preview, editing, APK building, and publishing features.

3. User Accounts

• You may try the Service without creating an account (limited features).
• To access full features, you must create an account using a valid email or Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate apps containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI generation system.
• Use automated tools to excessively consume API resources.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Distribute malware or harmful code through generated apps.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts and ideas you provide.
• Generated Code: Code generated by the AI is provided to you under a permissive license. You may use, modify, and distribute the generated code freely.
• Our Platform: The Appio platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

6. Plans and Payments

• Free plan users are subject to usage limits as displayed on the platform.
• Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party AI providers and may experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Generated apps are provided without guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the profile settings. Upon termination, your generated apps may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
